防静电地坪漆施工工艺

1、地面处理:依据地面状况做好打磨、修补、除污、除尘;

2、防静电底漆:采用渗透性及附着力特强防静电底漆滚涂一道，增强表面附着力;
2. Anti static primer: apply one roll coating of anti-static primer with high permeability and adhesion to enhance the surface adhesion;
3、铜箔铺设 :用导电铜箔全面铺设,以横向纵向每隔2m铺设铜箔;4、防静电砂浆:将防静电组份加入石英砂，用刮刀将其均匀涂布地面;
3. Copper foil laying: fully lay the conductive copper foil, lay the copper foil every 2m horizontally and vertically; 4. Anti static mortar: add the anti-static component into quartz sand, and evenly coat the ground with a scraper;
