环氧防静电地坪漆施工工艺
Construction Technology of Epoxy Antistatic Floor Paint
1、地面处理 : 依据地面状况做好打磨、修补、除污、除尘。
1. Ground treatment: grinding, repairing, decontamination and dust removal according to the ground condition.
2、环氧防静电地坪底漆:采用渗透性及附着力特强防静电底漆滚涂一道，增强表面附着力。
2. Epoxy anti-static floor primer: Roll one anti-static primer with strong penetration and adhesion to enhance surface adhesion.
3、铜箔铺设 :用导电铜箔全面铺设一道。
3. Copper foil laying: use conductive copper foil to lay one piece in an all-round way.
4、防静电砂浆:将防静电组份加入石英砂，用镘刀将其均匀涂布多道。
4. Anti-static mortar: Anti-static components are added to quartz sand and uniformly coated with a trowel.
5、防静电腻子:用防静电组份加入适量腻子粉，用镘刀将其均匀涂布多道。
5. Anti-static putty: add proper amount of putty powder with anti-static component and evenly coat it with trowel knife for multi-channel.
6、防静电面漆:用防静电面漆滚涂或用防静电自流平馒涂。
6. Anti-static topcoat: roll-coating with anti-static topcoat or self-leveling steamed bread with anti-static topcoat.
7、环氧防静电地坪漆投入使用时间:以250C为准，24小时后方可上人，72小时后方可重压。
7. Use time of epoxy anti-static floor paint: 250C, 24 hours later, and 72 hours later, it can be re-pressurized.
